Vatersay Bob Cap

Vatersay Bob Cap- This hat gets its name from the Isle of Vatersay in Scotland. Vatersay is the southernmost inhabited island of the Outer Hebrides. The larger island of Barra lies slightly north and is connected to Vatersay via a causeway about 200 metres long. Vatersay itself is the westernmost permanently inhabited place in Scotland with a residential population of approximately 90. At low tide, the island is also linked to the islet of Uineasan to the east. Wildlife on the island includes seals, otters and herons. The Bonnie Prince Charlie flower is also found in abundance on the island. This is the only place other than the Isle of Eriskay that this species of flower is found in Scotland.

Faux Fur Pom Pom Bob Cap- The Vatersay bob cap is an attractive choice. It has a sumptuous heavy ribbed knit along with a removable faux fur Pom Pom which is silky to the touch.
